Six months, three facilities and a potential business value of several hundred million — created from leads that already existed.

When Lotus Cars was about to launch the electric Eletre and Emeya in the Nordics, around 5,000 warm leads were waiting in the CRM system. Six months later, Devi had turned that interest into 150+ booked test drives.

Who are Lotus Cars?

Lotus Cars is a storied British sports car manufacturer, founded in 1948 and carrying one of motorsport's strongest legacies. The brand is known for lightweight, driver-focused sports cars — and is now stepping into the electric premium era with models like the Eletre SUV and the Emeya GT.

From Volvo Cars to Lotus — trust that opens doors

The opportunity came thanks to the excellent collaboration with Volvo Cars, where Devi worked on the Care by Volvo project. The results and way of working built a trust that carried over: when Lotus Cars was to be launched in the Nordics, Devi was given the opportunity of a six-month pilot — proof that work well done is the best door-opener to new assignments.

Leads waiting for a call

Ahead of the launch there were around 5,000 registrations of interest from the website and car shows — leads that cool off quickly if they are not worked. Every contact represented a potential deal worth SEK 1.2–2 million.

Car purchases are decided behind the wheel

The need was clear: work every lead and convert the interest into booked test drives. Through structured appointment setting, qualified buyers got behind the wheel of the Eletre and Emeya — at Lotus Cars' three facilities in Sweden.

150+ test drives in six months

During the six-month pilot, 150+ test drives were booked. With an order value of SEK 1.2–2 million per car, the bookings represent a potential business value of several hundred million kronor — created from leads that already existed.
