IP-Only (now GlobalConnect) was in a phase of rapid fibre expansion, in parallel with M&A-related integration projects where new operations and areas were to be brought together.
To establish fiber efficiently in new areas, structured groundwork is decisive — the address data must be analyzed, areas mapped and the dialogue with housing cooperatives and joint property associations started well ahead of rollout.
The need was therefore qualified reinforcement that could own the groundwork, create local anchoring and lay the foundation for a higher connection rate before the rollout got going.
