Devi’s assignment was to strengthen Allente’s digital customer service by developing and further developing the company’s AI-driven chatbots across the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish markets.
Allente wanted to offer customers fast, around-the-clock support through AI-driven chatbots that could handle recurring customer matters, guide users through various processes and at the same time relieve the customer service organization without compromising the customer experience.
Devi provided a consultant who worked integrated within Allente’s operations, responsible for developing and improving the company’s chatbot solutions. The work included, among other things:
